Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0restrukturalizac\u00edm, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u00faspor se propou\u0161t\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci, a pokud jste pouze pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk, motivace firmy ponechat v\u00e1m va\u0161e m\u00edsto, je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed.
